We have been ordering cantina for 3 weeks now and have decided to stop doing so. The food was mediocre and the customer service was terrible. We misplaced the tickets that you need to present to the service counter in order to receive your daily cantina. My husband went to explain what had happened with the tickets, but he was told that if you misplace the tickets you don’t get the food. Since we had 2 days left of cantina, my husband asked if he could use something other than the tickets to pick up the food. We have a receipt for the fully paid weekly cantina. He also has been going for three weeks, so the staff members are familiar with him. Despite this, the owner (who was rude and of no help) told my husband that there was no way of getting our food without the tickets. This means, if you lose your weekly tickets on Thursday, you can’t pick up the meals for either that same Thursday or Friday (even if you paid for the week on Sunday). If you are looking for a reliable cantina, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
