Tried the Hot Mess for the first time and wow, the sausage, brisket, fries, and mac & cheese had me hooked-though the burnt ends didn't quite hit the mark. Walking in, the smoky aroma and vibrant decor immediately set the mood, and the buttery grilled bread on the sausage sammie was a personal highlight that had me swooning like a bread fanatic. Between the massive portions, flavorful sauces, and that perfect smoky Texas BBQ vibe, I'm already plotting my next visit to dive back into those ribs and maybe snag some of that legendary banana pudding!

The hot mess dish at this establishment truly impressed me with its delicious flavors, and I am already looking forward to returning very soon. The service was excellent, adding to the overall positive experience during my visit. While the burnt ends were a bit disappointing, the sausage, brisket, fries, and mac & cheese were absolutely delicious and I would definitely order them again without hesitation.
