The worst service I think I have ever had. The best service you get is the self serve salad bar.

Waited. 1 hour + 45 mins. Past over several times for seating .After seating waiting several minutes for service ordered drinks and food went to salad bar drinks came after we started eating are salad items everything was late so. Time we arrived and time we left took around 2and half hours plus. Seating issue was big young lady up front was very unprofessional.As of right now it will be my last time I eat their for a while not to mention I spent over 70 dollars after tip

The food took 40 minutes to come out after ordering. 6 people in the party. Two ordered the prime rib, and both where barely warm to cold. The sides were also cold.Silverware was had old food stuck on it. One order was a sandwich and fries, but they forgot the fries. Had to ask. Also, another had ordered broccoli as a side, it was also mentioned, but never came. Drinks were not refilled.Another order was for a burger with American cheese, the burger came with smoked cheddar. In all, a major let down, as we had heard good things about it. The food would have been great if it had been hot and correct. The rolls were the only plus. After spending $96, plus a tip, this was the first and last visit we will be making there.
