Had lunch with some colleagues at Baby Blue BBQ. Opted for the Carolina BBQ sandwich and sweet potato fries, which were underwhelming. The Roasted Red sauce was my favorite, tangy and bold. Pork rinds on the side looked tempting. Fast, friendly service and a nice atmosphere, will definitely return with friends next time!
