I placed an online order and wasn't told they item couldn't be completed because they didn't have basic ingredients until it was being picked up and was paid for. Fish and chips with no tartar sauce because their order of tartar sauce "packets" didn't come in!? First off what respectable fish restaurant uses packets of tartar sauce, this isnt Jack in the Box. Second, how do you take an order for fish and chips with EXTRA tartar sauce and not mention you don't even have any when the menu states it comes with tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Third, fish and CHIPS is fried fish with french fries so when I am offered salsa as a substitute for tartar sauce I am baffled if they have any knowledge of food at all. I also would have to seriously consider what other costs are being cut in a fish restaurant like this one. I would never risk eating a bite of food that came out of this place.
