I was saddened by the closure of the restaurant where my friends and I used to visit on Sundays at the Galleria. The short rib soup was the highlight of our meals there, and we always made sure to get takeout a few times each month. The friendly couple who owned the place made the experience even more enjoyable, and I hope they come back soon.
