This little spot is easy to miss if you're not paying attention, but the authentic pupusas are definitely worth the wait-even if it takes 40 to 50 minutes to get your order ready. Run by a hardworking crew who make everything from scratch, the flavors remind me of a family kitchen back in El Salvador, and the portions are generous without that overpowering cheese I usually try to avoid.

This little hidden treasure is so easy to overlook that you might miss it if you're not paying attention. Once I stepped inside, the cozy atmosphere hit me, and despite the quiet vibe, I quickly realized they were busy with takeout orders. After placing my order, I enjoyed the authenticity of the operation run by a few dedicated folks, and when I finally took a bite of the pupusas, it was like a flavor explosion that transported me right back to El Salvador!
