The ice cream at Scoopy's is consistently delicious, offering a wide variety of flavors to choose from. However, it's important to note their operating hours as they may close earlier than advertised. Despite some recent customer service issues, the outdoor parlor provides a great ice cream experience with a vast menu selection and friendly staff.

Today was my second time ever at this establishment and will be my last! Not worth the wait! 1st I have to pay extra for sugar free(ok) then extra for jimmies, then extra for flavor? My total came to over 9 dollars for 2 small cones! That is crazy, we will buy our own! 2nd my order was taken and then the employee had to call her boss? Instead of making my order, not only did 4 family's go after me and receive their orders I still waited, then she says oh it was a minor emergency sorry but the other 3 girls could not finish for her? Being in the food service industry myself and a manager this was unacceptable! She should of waited for the cash register emergency that didn't hold up the rest of the line and the way we were treated! If your associates do not know how to run the store then a manager should be there at all times! So thank you for the service we received not 1 but 2 times, we will not return! I would rather wait in a longer line then to be treated this way! Not worth the headache!
