After enjoying Flying Sobie's at Food Truck Thursdays, I made sure to track down the truck at Soul & Spirits Brewery since I missed out on the smoked hens earlier in the day. The smoked and deep-fried hens, along with the house-made sauces, are absolutely unforgettable; I couldn't help but savor every bite. Stopping by Ghost River Brewing Co for live music, I caught a glimpse of the kitchen and regretted not ordering more after tasting the chicken tenders and waffles, which were perfectly seasoned and complemented by the spicy Memphis gold sauce.
