Stopped at a light on Route 38, I noticed Cindy's sign, decided to try their General Tso's combination platter to go, and was impressed by the friendly service, quick preparation, flavorful basmati fried rice, fresh and well-portioned dishes, and overall clean, welcoming environment that made it my new favorite Chinese takeout with consistently good food and attentive staff.

I discovered Cindy's through serendipity while out driving and decided to try their General Tso's combination platter for takeout, finding the service friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food deliciously satisfying.
