The news of Baby Bo's closing after 34 years hit me hard, as it held a special place in my heart since I first arrived in the city in 1998. With its cozy atmosphere, incredible food, and attentive service, it was the go-to destination for Tex-Mex cravings over the years. Although I still seek out that nostalgic comfort, I am grateful for the chance to explore new favorites, hoping to uncover another hidden treasure in the vibrant tapestry of NYC's culinary scene.
