Poor Business. Disorganized. Trucks are not even labeled, decals peeling, and many are broken down. They take advantage of their workers, Won't return calls, texts, or emails to someone they hired. Only will get called back if he thinks you are a new customer he can book. You are not given a high quality service like they advertise. The friendly ice-cream man persona fades quickly and it just becomes about money, not the people or the quality. If you are looking to book with a self serving micro manager, who is really only concerned with BIG clients, then you have found the right place.
