Great food!!

I must say that the place is seriously lacking in customer service and tact. The first time I went there I asked if their rice/peas was made with coconut milk, the lady replied with an attitude" no its not, we don't just serve Jamaican food here, its also a soul food restaurant." Which was surprising considering that they claim to be authentic. Then I was told it takes 45mn of advance pre-order requesting to get a fish/snapper dinner prepared for a whopping $18-$20.
Tonight I called to place a Snapper dinner and the man (who sounded like the owner) was so rude and snappy at me, said " we have tilapia, I dont k now what you want", this is after I asked him if they had any snapper available. Then he said they dont , without mentioning their pre-ordering requirement, which I mentioned. He got agitated with as if he was annoyed that I was ordering the snapper dinner which takes a while to prepare. If it wasn't because I had such a craving for a fish dinner I would have canceled the order. My sister who also ordered from there last yr also complained about their service, but I assumed it was an isolated incident. Clearly its not. In the future I'll be going to Philly for my Caribbean food.

Food is very cheaply prepared. I had heard that the food had a real Jamaican Style taste. My Wife and I when there for dinner tonight, we where greeted by the Owner Pete. He started off with a very rude attitude told us when we first arrived ," If you guys are planning on eating in you can bot, you have to take out order only" Come on man it's a Friday night . So we decided to order our food and take it home.When we got home and I open my Combo platter I was completely shock how little meat was given, After tasting it I found it was not completely cooked. Stay AWAY from this place, it's not worth it at all.
