OLGAS REVIEW 3-15-20
The two stars are for the server, Brittany and the pretty decor of the new building inside & out. Brittany was professional, courteous and her service was fast. She made each customer feel like they were the priority. Unfortunately, they do not have paper towels in the restrooms and in this time of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and it gave me the creeps to watch another server touch the door handle and go back to serving (chills). The breakfast food tastes like “nothing”. No flavor. Even the onions and peppers on our home fries tasted like the life was boiled out of them vs sautéed. We were hungry & still left about 85% of food on our plates. On the forefront while we were seated, management appeared to genuinely care (checking in, smiling, etc). So, as we were leaving, my husband decided to give thoughtful feedback. I don’t think they appreciated hearing feedback for improvement. I would have POSSIBLY tried them again (after this virus blows over); thinking MAYBE lunch is better.
But no, never, no, because I watched management literally laugh off my husband’s genuine feedback behind his back. That is never appropriate because you never know who’s watching. To Management/Owner: Might I suggest reading “The Invisible Spotlight”? I left compelled to write this review and inform my family, friends, followers and employees not to bother trying out the new Olga’s in Marlton. Shame. I was hoping for better from such a beautiful building especially since my husband had fond memories of the original Olga’s and I remember taking our kids to the one on rt 70/73.

Don’t eat here if you have food allergies. I ate there today, was very specific telling the waitress of my allergies and what I could not have. I also told her cross contamination would cause me problems as well. I ordered an egg white omelette with ham and cheese and a side of fruit. Apparently the waitress did not care. I was feed the food I’m allergic to. I’ve been sick all day and probably be for days. Later I called the manager, told him what happened. His response - I think she’s the one I just fired. What would you like me to do? I tried to make this zero stars. Program won’t let me.

$12.99 for a sandwich and fries ? REALLY ? NOT even a cup of soup. Sandwich & drink + tax - $18.00 NOT going back. Every diner gives you a cup of soup w/sandwich !

Way to expensive for a diner. They have very limited menu. Breakfast for two cost us 25 dollars. Will never return. They need to change their menu and lower prices. Can't afford to eat here. They have no daily specials. $13.49 for a lousy hamburger???

It was too expensive, the food was just ok, but much too pricey

Went on opening day. Friendly staff, attractive decor, generous portions and good quality food. For a diner, prices were expensive! $13 for a hamburger, $11.50 for an omelette, not comparable to other diners in the area.
