I wish I could include the "dinner platter" I just received from this ridiculous place. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AMERICAN DELI EVER AGAIN!!! The picture says it all. I'm hungry, out almost $40, and not eating this small portion of slop.

Terrible phone service. It wouldn't kill you to be polite! Very rude

I would have gave it a minus star if there was an option. Cook had cigarette hanging out of his mouth while cooking. Besides the place being discussing! I tried it ladt year and still a dump.

American Deli has been a part of my family's weekly Menu for many years, whether it be Lunch or dinner, Eat in or Take Out...WE ALWAYS Enjoy the pizza , sandwiches, salads, at the Friendly Atmosphere of the Deli & The friendliness of the Staff, and Enjoy not having to cook, but eat Good Food! Thanks American Deli for Being there!!

I've been ordering from American Deli at least once a week. We received a burnt pizza. Since we had nothing else to eat and didn't want to wait half an hour for another pizza, my daughter and granddaughter began to eat a slice while I called American Deli. The manager would only send me another one after we returned the burnt one. When I told him two slices were already being eaten, he told me I had to return the whole pizza because 'people' try this all the time. I complained about being called a liar and attempted to tell him we are regular customers, but he hung up on me. ps Don't look for a lot of meat in their sandwiches.
