I ate there with my family and I thought the food was fine. I do think they should do a little bit of cleaning and spruce up the place.

Poor quality food and the hamburgers weigh less than they are supposed to be. Chef is abusive to staff. Horrible experience, he was screaming in kitchen at the help most of the night

I've been a regular patron (dinner parties, simple dine-in and take-out) and have never been disappointed with quality, value or service. They talented chef has an amazing range of VERY tasty dishes from classic sandwiches to classic gourmet Italian dishes - generous portions, perfectly seasoned and prepared, casually but courteously served. Everyone I've ever taken there has loved the variety of choices...and enjoyed what they chose. Limited but appropriate wine-list and full bar. Highly recommended. No pretense at 5-star haute cuisine, but lots of imaginative good food. And the price is always right.

I have been to The Forge restaurant a handful of times. Though the food is relatively OK, expect to wait a VERRRY long time to get your food -- especially on busy nights. They only have one chef and quickly get backed up. I have waited over 90 minutes to get served. This past time visiting, my friends and I decided to leave after waiting for almost 1.75 hours (at this point it was 8:45pm) and our meals still had not yet arrived. Even after waiting all that time we were offered no free drinks, no free food, no additional bread, and no compensation -- only excuses. I suspect that this restaurant caters to locals and gives better service to those that frequent the restaurant. We saw many people who arrived after us getting their meals while we continued to wait. If the servers don't recognize you, don't expect a meal any time soon.

Best restaurant in the county. I am proud to say it is in my hometown. Best fresh food with incredible dishes ranging from burgers to rack of lamb. Large portions , hot plates and always consistant in flavoring. You canot not ever go wrong in this place. Every dish is a good pick .This chef is obviously very dedicated to pleasing customers. The Forge is all about the food....
