Horrific customer service. They made an error in giving me my change and told me their drawer was ok and they couldn't give me the rest of my change.
Seriously????? I guess they didn't consider that the other five dollar bill could have fallen on the floor or disappeared in some other way.
Insult to injury........... The chicken sandwich was lukewarm along with the incorrect change.
They lost my business and the others in my large office.
