After having some cows butchered, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and the quality of the cuts. Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, responding promptly to emails and calls, and I couldn't help but appreciate the busy atmosphere, a clear sign of their popularity. My recent culinary adventures with their baby back ribs and marinated tri-tip left me eager to return for more, especially with Thanksgiving on the horizon.
