The reviews about the service caught me off guard, but my experiences over the years have always been positive. The cheesesteaks are generous and flavorful, with a perfect blend of meat, cheese, and toppings, and I've enjoyed them every time. Although there have been occasional hiccups with customer service, the quality of food keeps me coming back for more, especially their chicken Caesar cheesesteak and crispy fries.
