The food here always hits the spot, whether I'm dining in or grabbing takeout, with hoagies packed full of meat and cheesesteaks done the true Philly way-plus, their BBQ chicken pizza might just be the best I've ever had. The staff hustles like champs even during busy times, staying friendly and efficient while making sure everything arrives fast and perfectly packaged, complete with thoughtful extras like cups and plates when you're eating on the go. Between the spicy saucy cheesesteak messes, amazing birria tacos, and breakfasts that start the day right, this place keeps me coming back hungry for more.

The food is consistently delicious and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the hoagies packed with meat and the premium cheesesteak cooked the "Philly way" - a truly fabulous dining experience.

Horrible experience. Use to be a fan but over priced and quality has gone down. I ordered a cheese steak and the charged me a dollar extra, I asked what for and they said fried onions-I can get a whole bag full for a dollar. I said next they will be charging me for mayo and ketchup. I ordered a I/2 topping pie and they said they had to charge me for the whole pie. Well they forgot the onions that come in my salad as I realized when I got home with my food so I guess they owe me some money. Pizza was wet dough (undercooked) and the sandwiches were not "Monstrous" as they claim. Not sure what happened but there slogan should no longer be "Erma's deli fill your belly" It should be Erma's Deli steal your money"
