So there I was, cruising down South Monroe when BAM! A food truck caught my eye, nestled among a couple of other food joints. I went all out and ordered the garlic butter shrimp, the "cracked" conch, and the whole red snapper plates, each with their own sides. No green veggies on the menu, but who cares when you can jazz up your meal at home, right? The food was on point, fresh, and the mystery sauce they served - oh boy, we dipped everything in it, hushpuppies included! I'm already planning my next visit to dive into their conch salad, conch fritters, and calamari. Growing up in Miami, I've always had a soft spot for conch dishes, and let me tell you, this place nailed it!
