The retro interior surprised me with its bright cleanliness and warm atmosphere, filled with a mix of locals and travelers, while attentive staff ensured every detail of the meal-from the flavorful BLT and crispy corned beef hash to the comforting matzo ball soup-was just right. Though the banana pancake fell flat, the genuine kindness and care shown by the team, especially during an unexpected wait on a sweltering day, turned the experience into a memorable moment of unexpected hospitality.

I recently visited this diner in the area and was pleasantly surprised by its retro interior, which was surprisingly clean and bright. The diverse clientele included travelers and local seniors, and our waitress was both competent and friendly, making my BLT with curly fries and matzo ball soup a delicious meal. Despite a disappointing banana pancake, my husband's perfectly crispy corned beef hash and eggs made our breakfast experience at Spinning Wheel memorable, and we'll definitely be back for more diner delights in the future.

Used to be an ok diner until the owners opened another on 31 in Flemington. We have had memorably bad meals at the Spinning whee. The staff have all changed and the food was really awful the last time we ate there. It was right around the time the new place was opening and it was beyond bad. We won't go back after that.
