Best thing to do in Houston is to go see a free show at Miller Outdoor Theatre and get one of these snoballs. Located at the concession stand look for the Star Berry sign. It was so yummy and the owners were so cool and nice they gave me free toppings! 🥰🍧

This company (Star Berry Snoballs who has now deleted their Facebook) was a no call, no show for my son’s 5th birthday today! Even after confirming with this shack of a business twice after booking a MONTH in advance, they did not show up to the party this afternoon and have yet to even reach out. They also didn’t answer any phone calls or respond to any texts after their read receipts show they did in fact read them. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!! You’ll be disappointed!

But let’s be clear! Thankfully, we had so many things to do Juju had a blast and didn’t miss a beat. With all we had to celebrate from the 27ft high 75 ft long water slide to the petting zoo, to the food truck, to the clown...HE didn’t notice the funky sno cone people weren’t there! Had that been his only attraction, that definitely would have a major disappointment! So, to all y’all looking for a vendor to actually show, that’s your warning! These people are shameless.

This business 🤡 instead went to pop popcorn at Miller Outdoor Theater when they were supposed to be at our party. A simple call or even a quick text would have allowed us to make other arrangements. It apparently that’s too much to ask. For anyone else ever looking for a sno cone truck in the future, Star with Star Berry Snoball isn’t it!
