I've always had great service and delicious food...take all my friends there and they also love it

NEVER DINE HERE! Experience was so bad, there isn’t a word to describe it. Had a large party of 30 coming to dinner. Called a week ahead to get a menu mailed so we could order as soon as we got there (1/2 of the party was kids). Discussed with associate @ the restaurant that we would need separate checks and we had a system that would allow for this smoothly. Was told by this person, “not to worry, they have their own system and we can have separate checks.” Stressed that if this cannot be done, we cannot dine there. Once @ the restaurant was told multiple times that they cannot do separate checks by the manager (manager, remember who you gave the phone to to get my address? THAT’S the person that told me separate checks wouldn’t be a problem!!) Well, they finally agreed and then they decided to make it a point to provide the worst service and food possible. Took 1.5 hours to get salad and soup. Many kids couldn’t eat their meals (Alfredo especially as it was in a soup sauce). Very embarrasing that I took over 30 people (check well over $500) and this type of service and food???!!! We travel to this area yearly for baseball and it is now my mission to make everyone aware to NOT GO TO RUSSOS. Another team was going to go on Sunday—we made sure that they DIDN’T!! The only reason there is 1 star is because I had to give it something—should be NO STAR
