Chapala II is a casual haven where the beer flows in front and the tantalizing aromas waft from the kitchen in back, all while a Spanish sports channel flickers on the wall. My quesadilla, bursting with chicken and cheese, was so deliciously thick it could've been a pie, leaving me blissfully stuffed and skipping dinner altogether!
