The Brooklyn pizza here has a perfectly crispy thin crust and a flavorful, well-balanced tomato sauce that reminds me of authentic NYC pies. The friendly staff and consistently delicious Italian dishes, like the eggplant parmigiana and shrimp scampi, make every visit enjoyable and satisfying.

Europa serves the best Brooklyn pie with crispy crust, perfectly seasoned sauce, and ideal cheese ratio. Their eggplant parmigiana and plain pie are also excellent, and the staff is friendly and appreciative.
