You have some nerve offering online orders for Thanksgiving. One hour wait outside the restaurant for online orders, while walk ups got preferential treatment. Poorly run, unorganized. Understaffed. To top it off, no mashed potatoes or gravy. It was too crazy to check our order on the premises. NEVER AGAIN.
