A great place to eat, casual atmosphere, great food and the service is fabulous! Our waitress Linda was so friendly and she took great care of us! Their Reuben sandwiches are the best around and their chocolate mousse cake is so decadent!

Great local spot that really stepped it up in the last several years. Great home made food at reasonable prices, friendly staff and rotating beer selection with their 24 taps.

Had great meal this past Saturday with my wife and friends. The new specials offered a great variety to the best burgers already in Northern NJ. I really enjoyed the choices of craft beer with 24 beers on tap it was tough to decide (so I sampled a few) and settled on Fat Tire. Best thing is we did not break the bank. Good food, friendly place & reasonably priced.

If you want a dining experience that makes you feel like part of the family then visit the Old Mill Tavern. The food is good traditional American fare, the dining staff is welcoming, smiling and attentive. The new owners, John and Virginia Butkus and their son Peter make you feel like you are visiting their home for dinner or a drink. They are reinforcing the Old Mill Tavern’s ties to the community through historical pictures and featuring photos of past and present high school sports stars from the greater Chester-Mendham-Long Valley area. Recommend Highly!
