Phil's garlic knots are truly exceptional, offering the perfect blend of garlicky flavor and ideal texture. The pizza at Phil's is satisfying, with a decent quality that pairs well with the standout garlic knots. While the aesthetics of the restaurant may not impress, the delicious food more than makes up for it.

With all of the great diners and pizzerias in the area, this place doesn't get my vote. The pizza was so-so, the place is old and dated and the service wasn't that great. Hope this review help; happy dining, friends!

Great place the owner frank(though many people think he is phil) is very nice. The food and service is great.
FYI in about 1975 give or take a few years Frank bought the place from Phil. Since then no major changes have been done and "Phills" still has the feel of a nice family restrant.
