This longtime Italian restaurant in Raritan carries the same authentic flavors and warm atmosphere established by the original owners, making every meal feel like a nostalgic journey back to simpler times. The generous portions of hearty, flavorful dishes-like the exceptional vodka sauce, hotsy-totsy shrimp, and classic veal parm-never leave you wanting, and the attentive, friendly staff add to the cozy, family-like vibe. Despite its small, bustling space and occasional wait, the experience is always worth it, with every visit reaffirming its place as a beloved culinary treasure in the area.

I came here a few times but decided never again. The prices are very high for specials like ziti or chicken piccata - 23.95. Nothing special about that! the wine is $10 and no choice on brands. just one cheap wine.
no choice on salad dressing and the bread is stale and cold..
most entrees are drenched in sauce so hard to see what you are eating. the pasta is box and sauce in a can so this is just a very casual restaurant with not casual prices!!
before covid the tables are on top of each other and very loud. people are breathing on you.
no reservations but there are the special few who can reserve tables. the owner Nik will mostly ignore you unless you are a local or friend. so didn't feel like they cared I was there.
