While there on Thursday my boyfriend and I ate there, we got an egg salad sandwhich, curly fries with 2 cups of cheese, a medium drink and 2 texas weiners. I am an frequent customer. I was VERY upset and uncomfortable when the owner started screaming and fighting and even laid hands on his son. I have many mental health issues included GAD, generalized anxiety disorder and could not really eat and was having a panic attack, there fighting went on for at least 5-10 minutes with the wife of the owner screaming stop it and things were being pushed around. My Bf and I did NOT enjoy the atmosphere, being nervous (at one point a customer was gonna call the cops and the son said he would call too) This was an awful experience and a waste of food we order, I would like my money back, this was so unprofessional and scared the customers. I love Red Tower III. They have an amazing selection to choose from and everything I have ever gotten has been delicious!!their burgers are the best and everything is cooked at the time of order. Not only is the food incredible, but the hours of operation are convenient for everyone because they open early and close very late, and it does not matter what time you order food there it is always cooked when you order it and it is always delish. They definitely get two thumbs up from me and everyone of my friends. If you have the chance to get there and try one of their burgers you totally should!!!
