I recently attended a free Irish music concert at the Manville Public Library in Manville, which was quite enjoyable. Afterward, I decided to dine at La Cascada, a humble lounge/restaurant in the area. Despite standing out as a non-local, the staff was welcoming, and the guacamole I ordered was among the best I've ever had - creamy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned, served with piping hot corn chips on a banana leaf. The generous portion was a delightful surprise, and the main dish of salmon was fresh and expertly prepared. The establishment offers great value for money, with a variety of tasty dishes influenced by Costa Rican and Italian cuisines. I highly recommend visiting for the delicious food, though the ambiance may not be the main draw.

The food is wonderful and the Sangria? Fantastic! The wait staff is pleasant and concerned.that you enjoy your meal. I highly recommend it.
