Never been to Hawaii, so I have no way to be disappointed that this is not the real deal. We have gone here several times for a pre-movie lunch and have never been disappointed in our meals. Like HuHot, if you don't like your bowl it is because you chose the wrong combination of ingredients. You pick what you get and the quantity of each ingredient, so accept the blame. The staff are polite and friendly, and service is fast as you follow the construction of the bowl down the line. Not a high tech experience, but pretty darned tasty.
