After reading the reviews I was hesitant about eating at Kites however I was pleasantly surprised! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good. My husband had the lamb and said, "it was delicious." I had the chefs award winning raspberry chicken and it was wonderful. The wine list was terrific and the desserts was fantastic. You should go and try this Resturant for yourself.

I'm sorry but this place is atrocious. The staff was under-qualified, the food was over priced and hardly edible. Do not have an event here, it is a waste of money.

Let me say this... Dining room service has some issues. However, the bartenders on Saturday night Michael AND Anthony I think was the short guy were amazing. Great personality, very attentive and professional even though they were busy. I have never had service like that from a Bar before. They made our experience far better. Did I mention the drinks were great as well!

Service is terrible... Food, and I call it that very lightly, was edible... You're better off going to McDonald's on Rt.23. Faster service, better food & priced reasonably. PS: And I hate McDonald's!!! That's how bad this place is.

I was very pleased with Kites Restaurant. They had a great breakfast buffet, they were on top of everything that you needed. Especially a young polite man named Brady. Very nice young man, he took care of us, i never had a dirty plate on the table, and our server Mindy was very nice and kind. Thumbs up to Kites Restaurant. P.S. this was a Saturday morning

Kites was recommended as a nice place to relax after hitting the slopes last Saturday. Our greeter was more concerned about sending a staff member home than getting us a seat. We had to wait for her to finish a conversation with the greeter she was relieving for the night rather than taking care of us. The waitstaff ignored us for over an hour. We were asked by one waiter "is this yours" referring to a breadstick platter he brought to the table and literally dropped off 45min into our experience. Our waitress sat hidden behind a half wall talking to other waitstaff. When she served the group next to us (appetizers, meal, drinks, and dessert) she ignored us as she passed. We sat there for over an hour with menus on the table and never had a chance to order anything other than drinks. The greeter was missing when we decided to leave or else we would have mentioned the lack of service to her. We were not the only table our waitress was neglecting, and we could not get the attention of other waitstaff passing by. Unless a snooty reception and poor service are part of their ambiance, I would suggest re-evaluating their staff.

I used a debit card to pay for my meal, a week later I noticed that I was charged twice for the meal. I called 7 times, no one called me back. I had to go to my bank, fill out a dispute form and have a new debit card issued.
Absolutely not worth the trouble.
