Returning to Bambi's Luncheonette on Jersey Avenue this morning was like stepping back in time. The diner exuded a vintage charm with its worn interior and familiar smell of sizzling breakfast. As I sat at the counter, savoring the A Number One French Toast, Bambi's stories and reflections painted a picture of resilience and determination in the face of changing times. Despite the challenges she faced, there was a spark in her eyes that hinted at a deep love for her craft and the connections she had forged over the years.

I driven by this place for 30 yrs. Never see anyone going in or out. I could be wrong but if the place was any good I'm sure you would see more traffic. Would be a great place for truckers with the big dirt parking lot in the back but I never see traffic. The place looks closed down with weeds growing around parked trucks.

This is a Dive Dinner, they are especially nice & they would never judge you.. they have family friendly food always served with a smile.. they may not be the cleanest but you do feel at home there somehow!
