Jersey Subs in downtown New Brunswick serves fresh, generously sized sandwiches with high-quality meats, crisp veggies, and soft bread, all made to order by friendly, efficient staff who truly care about the food. The vintage vibe inside gives it a cozy, homey feel, and the menu offers a solid range from breakfast sandwiches to hearty subs, wraps, and soups, though the soups can be hit or miss. Having been there multiple times for lunch and breakfast, I can say it's consistently good, reasonably priced, and definitely worth the weekday trip before they close early.

I've been meaning to visit Jersey Subs for a while now, but their limited hours during the week always seemed to get in the way. The retro vibe inside the shop adds a nice touch to the experience, especially during the quiet morning when I stopped by and received quick service. The menu offers a variety of options, from breakfast items to sandwiches and soups, with the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich being a standout choice for me.
