The sweet and sour chicken has a good flavor and pairs well with hot sauce, though the chicken could use a bit more frying for optimal texture. Hunan Wok is my go-to destination for General Tso chicken, which I find consistently amazing with its perfect crunch and balanced heat. The friendly service and nostalgic connection, having ordered here frequently in my youth, make it a must-visit whenever I return home.
