I recently visited a local eatery with my sister after noticing landscaping trucks parked outside early in the morning. The buffet offered a variety of delicious options including beef stew, chicken, chorizo, potatoes, empanadas, and three types of rice. The restaurant is owned by a Colombian individual and primarily serves cuisine from Guatemala and other Central American regions, providing a flavorful and satisfying dining experience that I highly recommend, especially for those in North Plainfield.

This place has very good fare,always fresh.
large servings, and reasonable prices.
Daily lunch options include fish, chicken,
rice, salads. A heaping platter costs around
$6. What a bargain. Fresh squeezed juices always available. I work nearby and love it.
