07/03/2020 - Not buying abuse from Java Hut
Since 2001 I have been getting the same blended coffee drink. Most of the employees know my drink. I also pay a tip to all the employees working. That is till a new employee did my drink wrong, not 1 time but 2 times on the same day. So the next time I came in to buy my favorite blended espresso drink, I spoke to an employee and she told me how mine is made and she made it perfect and didn't charge me.
Yet the time after that day I ended up with the new employee, who not only had an attitude towards me, everyone working that day had this attitude.
I paid $6 for the worst coffee drink I have ever been given from Java Hut, I also paid a $6 tip. Just to be abused by some new employee??
I think not. In 19 yrs, I put a lot of money into Java Hut. Disrespect, I will never tolerate, from anyone.
I will make my own and everybody else's from now on.
