Last Saturday, my boyfriend and I went to Sweet Waters for dinner. We were seated close to the bar and our waiter was Kenny, who was very attentive to our needs in every way.

We both ordered salads, Filet Mignon and asparagus. We agreed that the food was great and the steaks were made to perfection. After finishing our meals, we declined desserts and asked Kenny for the check. He inquired, “Are you sure you don’t want dessert?” We said no thanks, even though they sounded enticing.

While waiting for the check, we were both taken by complete surprise when the staff came to the table with a piece of birthday cake with a candle.

We later learned that Nicole, who earlier was standing close by our table and was not even our waitress, overheard my boyfriend comment that I should order anything I wanted since it was my birthday. She then quietly conveyed that it was my birthday to the staff. My boyfriend and I were both completely surprised and overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness they showed us. To us it says a lot about the high caliber people who work at Sweet Waters.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal, served by a very thoughtful and attentive staff!
