The service at the Italian restaurant was exceptional, with Brielle being incredibly accommodating. The pizza I ordered, an 18" plain cheese pie, was absolutely delicious. The crust had the perfect balance of softness and crispness, allowing the flavors of the rich tomato sauce and fresh cheese to shine through.
