I had some great BBQ at a small town joint recently that really impressed me, especially the flavor of the pulled pork, beans, and brisket they provided for my neighbors' barn party. Although I wished the sides were a bit larger, the experience was unforgettable, and I've followed them to events like the BBQ blues fest in North Liberty since then.
