First time we where there . The food was very good and serves was great. Our waitress was excellent and very sociable. Yes. Looking forward to coming back. See you soon!!!

Went today and had the worst experience. They have outside dining so thought it would be perfect on this Beautiful day, but no. Waitress was not happy with her job and didn't mind showing. Food took an hour. Table next to us asked for bread and never got it. Sun beating down on us so asked if they can draw the drapes on outside umbrella area and she said no. Asked if we could have table in shade and she said no her mgr assigns table. So instead of asking the mgr, she just said no. Never cleared the salad dishes. I had to ask someone else if we could move and he said yes but after he said that when you eat outside there is sun. Very rude and sooooooo slow. Then someone in our party asked for more soda. She took his glass but didn't ask if anyone else wanted more and we all had empty glasses since we drank all waiting the hr for food. When done she never asked if we wanted desert so I asked for dessert menu. She said we have cheesecake and tiramisu. Someone asked awww no cannolis? She said yes we always have cannolis. Then why did she only mention 2 deserts. Then he said ok I'll have a cannoli. And she never asked anyone else what we'd like or if we wanted coffee. My chicken cutlets parmesan was terrible. Other meals ok. Spent over 2 hrs there. Will never return and won't recommend. You would think after losing so much business during covid19 they would want to welcome customers but no. Terrible! Had to put 1 star rating to continue post but they dont deserve it.

First time for Luigi's in Lakehurst .very nice surroundings.comfortable seating.bar if you indulge.our waitress Nicole was very nice.the food came quickly and was very good with large portions which we ate from the next day.price very reasonable.we had an appetizer,eggplant Parmesan and spaghetti and meatballs,with 2 ice teas.will definitely go back .want to try there pizza.
