The Pollo Stefanie was delicious, and the attentive, friendly staff provided expert descriptions and recommendations while ensuring quick service despite a busy dining room. The menu indicates which dishes can be prepared gluten-free, so it's important to communicate any dietary restrictions, and though the atmosphere can get a bit loud, the cozy ambiance and consistently well-seasoned, flavorful Italian-American food make for a great dining experience.

The Pollo Stefanie at Trattoria Gian was absolutely delicious, and the waiter really knew their stuff when it came to describing and recommending dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our food and drinks arrived promptly without being intrusive.
