I saw that restaurant and decided to try it. It was new to my area. I ordered 1/4 dark meat "dang hot " with fries and cole slaw.
I took a fry, it was cold. I decided not to eat eat. I looked at the chicken and it was bathing on a slice of bread swollen with a red oil. The chicken was red as well and did not look fresh from a fryer. I took a bite, the first thing that came to mind, "How can they serve something so awful". I took a second bite and i realize that i had just taken a bite a pure disgust. I felt upset. "How can a self proclaimed chef prepare such food for a public. He must not like the people he/she is feeding. I was about to drive back and tell them, but I thought that I could afford to lose $12.00 and forget about it. 5 minutes after the 2 bites, i felt that the best thing that could happen to me, would be to vomit that food. And I wrote to my friend that I just realized that food could be a weapon to destroy the enemy, and I just had that food. Please do yoursefl a favor, do not eat that crap. Americans are dropping dead these days, and I am sure that this type of food is responsible for that. This person has no love for his community to create such a unhealthy crap to sell the public. But then again, Texas has such a primitive palate that needs some work. Not only i was disgusted by this chicken. I am disliking the maker of this food. I see no love. I see primitive cooking. Close that damn thing. We have enough sick, obese people in houston. We dont need another poison.
