The food is pretty good. I think it's time to clean up the landscape in front of the restaurant. It is starting to look very worn down and dirty. The building needs a good power washing too. I think if it looked better on the outside, it would bring in more patrons. Some people begin to believe that the outward appearance reflects the business.

Absolutely terrible service and food. Tried ordering 2 slices of pizza and the owner said that I couldn't just order 2 slices and that I would have to pay for a whole pizza. So, I decided to get some wings in which he was disgruntled about that and charged $11.95 for 12 wings that were 1/2 the size of any normal wing that I've had. When i questioned the amout he said: "If you don't like it, go somewhere else." The chicken tasted and smelled stale. They decided too just pour BBQ sauce over the wings as they were in the platter and served cold. Just very disappointed in a local restaurant which used to be one of the best back in the day. This will be the last time eating from il palazzo.

Our company Innovative Concepts, has had their holiday party with IL Palazzo for the last four years and are always delighted and amazed by the staff and management. We booked our party for 2013 already, wonderful place to host an event.

11/18/2012 - LISTEN UP...
Was looking to book a party but decided against it b/c the management was so rude to me. I am shocked that in this economy (and post hurricane Sandy) that a business can afford to treat their patrons this way. Seems like bad business...found another local restaurant that appreciates our business and treats us right. We are even paying more and getting so much more. TAKE AWAY: you get what you pay for...Remember the "Golden Rule??"
