Foods great. People are always friendly and place clean

Food was def not fresh and this place is always a disaster and unorganized owner always looks frantic and overwhelmed.

I used to be a regular customer of Michigan Deli as I work in an industrial facility nearby. Their sandwiches are decent. However, when the cashier is rude enough to keep part of my change as a tip without even giving me the option to offer a tip (and I don't see the need for a tip in this case, for there was no exceptional service provided), then it's time for me to permanently take my business elsewhere.
