The pizzeria in the Roselle Shopping Center on Raritan Road offers a wide variety of menu items under its new ownership. The quality and size of the pizza are excellent, and they are open to customizing orders to your liking, such as adding Portobello mushrooms and Spinach to a Calzone.

Food allergy victims. Don't go here!!! I went to Mommas gourmet pizza for years. Gave them great business. Sent them many clients. I have a This happen Friday night I am so shocked how she treated me. I took her in as my family. I even had over a dozen birthday parties. There But she is rude to many others. Read some of the complaints. I'm not alone. I'm very hurt how she embarrassed me and humiliated me In From if a packed restaurant. Shame on you momma and your chef. I will not stop here. I will continue my complaint so allergy sufferers never go there Way to dangerous!!!! serious allergy to paprika and black pepper., white chili cayenne pepper. Any contact can be deadly. I call three hrs @4 for a @7 pm pick up. So they prepare a pizza without these spices. And every time I still gave a slight reaction. Rash selling of my eye lids. I watched momma cut up the pizzas. Uses the same knife the spices are on the blade. I told them that's it. They must clean off the spices off the knife or simply dont cut the pie. Momma took offense. Screaming at me that I said she was not clean. I didn't say that. The chef screamed at me that I had No right to order a special pie on such a busy night. I didn't buy there pizza. And I will never return. Ever. So embarrassed. These people are that ignorant. This is serious. Allergy to certain foods. Are a major problem. It can close your throat and you can die Allergy victims. Please do not go there. Terrible that I had to be told off because I asked then to clean off the knife before they slice my pizza. Or don't cut it ip. I am still upset.
