I find this Chinese restaurant to be decent overall. The service can be a bit like a scene from a sitcom where the lady at the register seems somewhat bothered by taking your order. The food is pretty standard for a neighborhood spot, with some dishes being more enjoyable than others, but the prices are fair and the portions are generous.
