Upon entering the eatery, I was met with a wide array of pizza options. The atmosphere was pleasant, although the lack of visible signage initially gave me pause. The friendly staff and decent pizza made for a satisfactory dining experience.

The only place I generally order my food from when I feel like Pizza or a pasta dish! This time it was pasta.
I'm really writing this because I'm very perturbed at the lack of information they now give when you are ordering delivery on the phone I ordered a simple dish. Granted I wasn't paying full attention but did alert her that I would be paying cash for this delivery. She confirmed my phone number and that was it. I ALWAYS tip wherever I get an delivery, it's a thankless job and every penny count.
What she didn't tell me was they now include the delivery fee in the total"¦. So I gave the gentleman a tip (I rounded off the funds and gave $20) so my $12 dish cost me $8.
I'm more angry at the fact that it's customer courtesy to alert/remind customer of this fact. That you dictate how much tip should be given! Called a delivery fee.. I asked so he get it and she said yes! Then it's a Tip. K
What really was a show of arrogance was I called and asked about the price versus total difference. And when told it's a delivery fee, I said it would have been nice to advise me of that as I tipped him also! She just remained silent. No sorry no nothing !!! I'd been reading on yelp how arrogant they could be but"¦ I will chalk it up to a $4 lesson on my part! And find me a better customer oriented business to patronize in rahway.
